How to submit a notice

Within 5 business days of receiving a valid notice, we will:

Counter-notices

  2. Identification of the material removed and its previous location on this Site.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error.
  4. Your consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant U.S. federal court.

Repeat infringers

We may terminate access for users who are repeat infringers, in accordance with our DMCA policy and the Site's Terms of Use.
