spotifypremiumapkz.cc ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, what we don't, and how we use the limited data we do collect.
Information we collect
Analytics
We use a privacy-respecting analytics tool (Plausible Analytics, self-hosted) to count page views and unique visitors. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect IP addresses, does not fingerprint devices, and is fully GDPR-compliant. The data we see is aggregated counts — never individual user behaviour.
Cookies
This site does not set any tracking cookies. We use one local-storage key (sp-cookie-ok) to remember your cookie-banner preference. That key never leaves your device.
Server logs
Our hosting provider records basic server logs (IP address, user-agent, request path) for 7 days for security and abuse-prevention purposes. Logs are automatically purged after 7 days and are never used for marketing, advertising, or profiling.
If you email support@spotifypremiumapkz.cc, we keep your message and email address for as long as needed to resolve your support request, up to a maximum of 12 months. We never add you to a marketing list, never share your email with third parties, and never send promotional emails.
Information we don't collect
- Your name, address, or phone number — never collected, never stored.
- Your Spotify account credentials — never collected, never stored.
- Your listening history — never collected. The MOD APK does not phone home.
- Cross-site tracking data — never collected.
Third-party services
We use the following third-party services. Each is selected for its privacy-respecting practices:
- Plausible Analytics — privacy-first website analytics. No cookies, no personal data.
- Google Fonts — typography CDN. Google may log your IP address; we are evaluating a self-hosted alternative.
- Hosting provider — basic server logs, retained 7 days.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact support@spotifypremiumapkz.cc and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. Since we collect almost no personal data, most of these rights are moot — but if you have a request, email support@spotifypremiumapkz.cc and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will post a notice on the homepage and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We will not retroactively apply material changes without your consent.
